My two #Kromis showed at a local #IABCA #DogShow this weekend. I'm not sure I really like this venue, as it seems to me that if you show, you are pretty likely to get the rating needed to receive the International Championship title. And it seems all the dogs received an adequate rating. So it's like you are basically buying a dog show #title. So why do I do it? Dreamer and Maze are two of my dogs.
Their breed is the #Kromfohrlander. #Kromis are a relatively new breed. They were started in #Germany in #WWII by a lady who lived in #Berlin. They resemble a #terrier, but they were bred to be companions and they don't have the independence that is more typical in #terriers. They do tend to have some terrier qualities though.
