Ingredients:
1 cup raisins soaked
20 oz crushed pineapple drained
12 oz wide egg noodles
4-6 eggs
1 pound sour cream
8 oz cottage cheese
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
Cinnamon & brown sugar for dusting
Cook the noodles
Blend eggs thru salt
Mix in a greased 9x13 pan
Dust the top
Bake 1 hr at 350

My ex-wife used to (and probably still does) make a sweet #parve Jerusalem #kugel which was arguably dessert but delicious on a plate with other entrees and sides. #kugeldon #mazeldon
