#Thyme roasted #tomatoes, #asparagus , #zucchini, eggs fried in butter and crisped #salami, #sage, #oregano and #capers. #kumara hash and #chilli, sprinkled with #parmesan

Lunch doesn’t look especially attractive, but it’s delicious - celery, kumara & potato soup. Heavy on the #celery as I’m trying to use things in the winter veg garden that are going to seed! #Kumara is such good value to buy - one of the few foods that has become cheaper in recent years 🤔
