HB-77’s permanent DST would delay Kentucky sunrise past 8am for over four months. It cost lives in 1974. Kentucky Sleep Society, American Medical Association, National Safety Council, National Parent Teacher Association, and dozens more oppose pDST and endorse permanent Standard Time instead.
