It came with Windows 7 out of the box, but that install didn't survive long. Been running Debian, Gentoo, Fedora, Arch, ... probably a few others.

Getting spare parts is getting harder - the battery has been replaced as well as the wifi board (mostly to get better wireless performance out of it).
