Trying #buckwheat #crepes again. #cheese and #salmon, but not repeating the debacle of #CheeseAndSalmon. Nice #laciness but a bit too #thick. I increased the #batter to get good pan #coverage, but maybe I need to decrease it again and turn down the #heat so that it doesn’t #set too quickly to #spread. #cooking
