Je sais que les gens ne comprennent pas trop pourquoi on s'énerve contre les #Fakemed, mais j'en peux plus des #naturopathes qui racontent n'importe quoi aux #patients et altèrent ensuite fortement notre relation à eux puisqu'on ne fait pas comme le #naturo a demander...

Exemple : naturo qui a conseillé au patient un #régime […] parce que l'absorption du #gluten et du #lactose stimulerait la production d'auto #anticorps...

I am fortunately not #lactose intolerant, because I'm half #Filipino and half European, but I use so little #milk in my diet that if I buy fresh milk without a specific plan for it (#bechamel ?), at least half of it will spoil before I use it. When I was living #offgrid and when I was #homeless, I switched to sweetened condensed milk for my morning #coffee, Viet-style, because it keeps well without #refrigeration. (#eggs, too)

Because of that, I never have fresh milk on hand when I want it.

1/ I'm so sorry. I used to have that kind of pain for years bc of #IBS, and doctors also ignored or dismissed it for me.

Keep a food diary. Note EVERYTHING you eat & approx time of day, plus episodes & approx times, until you have logged a few episodes. You will probably find a food ingredient is triggering the problem, and it will tend to be within a few hours before pain. Mine were milk ( #lactose) & oats.

Some have issues with greasy foods, spicy, tomatoes, and/or acidic fruits.
