68 followers · 1359 posts · Server union.place#Westminster has been rather well funded historically by #centralgovernment since the days of the dreadful #LadyPorter so not really analogous. #TransportforLondon has had a really poor deal - agreed to by the previous #mayorofLondon #BorisJohnson - but is being funded by a sharp rise in the #precept for #counciltax levied across #London. #Devolution to #London considerable but has come at rather a stiff price.
