@coleens_ I too love celebrating all the cool things the body can do by doing them!
At the height of my fitness, I was running 30 miles/week, doing #orangetheory 1/week and #lagree 3-4x/week… it was such amazing cross-training! You don’t realize how much you rely on your core and those slow-twitch muscles when you run long-distance.
Ran my fastest half marathon EVER that year
This was all pre-kids, and I would love to get back to something like this in the next few years 🤞🏻
@coleens_ I did #lagree until my neighborhood studio shut down in 2020. Now I do #orangetheory fairly regularly. Would love to get back into some form of Pilates again tho.
