Generally my mornings this week are being spent just enjoying the nice weather and floating round in the forest, which is calming me no end. Today was no exception. Heard there was a big race meeting on this evening so put down another pound on a placepot. The winning dividend was nearly £250 but sadly none of it went to me as two of my selections failed to impress.

Decided to play the Tote Placepot today, I’ve not done that for a long time and I miss the fun I used to get doing it. Crashed out in race two but well done to the successful punters who got £95 each. Also found some time before work to float around in forests again and came across some rather uplifting graffiti in the city centre. Feeling more #LaidBackAndLovely than I’ve felt for quite some time.

Decided to take a day out from the world and spend some quality time in the countryside, which is quite easy to do when you live on the edge of a city. Wandered around enjoying the sun and occasional tracks from my teenage years for hours then treated myself to coffee & cake in a local cafe. #LaidBackAndLovely status well and truly restored.

♊️2…It was a #LaidBackAndLovely day, Groupie doing her domestic goddess act in the kitchen again. This time she cooked an enormous pizza-sized cookie in a frying pan and then cut it into slices. We enjoyed some those along with a real pizza. She then came back from the supermarket with some enormous vegetables, I have no idea what she’s planning with those.

Am having the most #LaidBackAndLovely morning today having had a very relaxing massage and then refuelling with coffee and a panini.
Whatever work’s got in store for me today I think I can handle it 😀

Sometimes I wonder how I manage to remain so #LaidBackAndLovely despite everything going on. Truth is, I have no idea. I just carry on regardless…

Wow. TWO consecutive #LaidBackAndLovely shifts at work. This is a welcome change.
Is it good Aries Moon energy, are thing improving or am I just past caring these days? 😎

Today (1♈️) began with a relaxed Swedish massage in a spa, and the #LaidBackAndLovely theme continued all day.
So far the Aries Moon 2023 is going well. Let’s see what the other 28 days bring.

That was a much, much more #LaidBackAndLovely day than yesterday.

And so ends February, then. Perhaps I’ll be more active on social media in March. After all I’ve got four places to post stuff now…

Spent some time this morning with the patron saint of #LaidBackAndLovely, Bob Ross. There’s a calendar of his work hanging on the wall too.

As I was walking into work one of my colleagues coming the other way saw me and said “a miserable day and you’re still smiling!” Maybe that’s just my natural expression.
Actually, I was rather enjoying the power of the rain.

It’s been a #LaidBackAndLovely day at work and the feeling continues as I’m going home via hydrogen bus to feast on pizza.

Fifth day of the Capricorn Moon and it’s my first working day of the (slightly extended) lunar year. (13 moons this year, fact fans!)
Enjoying a chilled out commute listening to some top tracks, because I’ve a feeling this will be as #LaidBackAndLovely as today will get.

-4° outside as I make my way home listening to some lovely songs from my younger days. Then when I got to my street I found the moon pointing the way to my house. It’s a #LaidBackAndLovely feeling.

Because I am of a certain age…and a certain demographic 😀

Good god, this is a gruelling shift today. Day one of “peak time” where all leave is cancelled, and heads are exploding already.
And the work worrier has come up to me and told me he’s trying to embrace a #LaidBackAndLovely lifestyle. WHAT IS GOING ON? 🤔

The situation at work is deteriorating, and given the main story online seems to be political (a subject I absolutely refuse to get involved in) I think closing my social networking apps for the day is probably for the best. Stay #LaidBackAndLovely.
