Seeing this Lake Union seaplane landing zone advisory sign for kayakers and boaters, I poked around online and stumbled upon this WA Seaplane Association explainer document "Where Can You Land Your Seaplane?"

It's apparently a complicated question, especially if you want clarity from local officials: "If you decide to call the authorities, beware that you may be the first to call them and you may create an issue where none previously existed."

I had an awesome time leading my Lake Union History Ride (2023 version) with a fun group today! Thank you Nick for sweeping; I joined Nick to check out the U District Street Fair which I learned is Seattle’s oldest. Lastly, my nosy cats had to go explore my apartment breezeway
