#Lancaster is a good example of various governments failings in equality of education. Even ignoring the so called "public" schools (private fee paying) in the surrounding countryside the city has an anachronistic grammar school, two really one girls one boys, a school that selects on religion and those that one might call ordinary schools. Guess where the money goes?
