They still kept the deposit and I didn't hear crap from the AG after I reported them for this and everything. All #Landlord are bastards.

I have a 1000 sf apartment and I have no idea what to do with the space because I'm under restrictions of a lease. I love never having to mow and I like that there's a community I could participate in (but I don't want to).
If I could just buy an apartment and all my neighbors form like a HOA to work out agreements, cover external costs and communal areas, I'd be super happy.
