For this ... An image taken earlier this week of a place where my friends and I had /#MayDay rituals years ago. I'm not sure if had ever visited , but if he had visited / , I'm sure he would have wanted to erect a Maypole there. Now under the stewardship of the Trustees of Reservations, there is a circle of 12 large rocks around a tree -- and evidence that even today, folks are still having rituals atop this sacred spot!

A few months ago, I helped my local convert their old HTML site to .

One benefit of this is that their donation process has been streamlined. (Previously people filled out a PDF form, mailed it in with a check or independently donated on Paypal).

Since then, they've used their website to raise over $1,000!

Today I had an inspiring call with community land trusts from all over Michigan creating homeownership opportunities for 60-120% area median income. There are a lot of challenges in the land trust model, and state policy needs to change to support it. Land trusts share equity between homeowners and the community to maintain affordability. groundedsolutions.org/strength

Nonfiction coffee table book project I'm laying out with InDesign. This book will be used as a fundraising tool for the Southeast Cave Conservancy, a land trust that buys caves. We're going to do a crowdfunding campaign next year to pay for printing. I think it will look good.
