First official plums! When you dare to much or are sloppy reading the ice - you should bring a soap. First time for me getting over my navel. I took to great chance over a "råk" and it was to thin. Proper gear and training so a big adrenalin rush and drag myself up. Valuable lesson =) Good gear, good configuration but i can handle it better. #nordicskating #långfärdsskridsko
