A roasty-toasty #walk on Epsom Downs and Langley Vale #today. Covered 10km in 2 hours and visited the Regiment of Trees. Loads of wild flowers, mainly daisies, amongst the trees. Fortunately lots of shaded sections through the wooded area kept me cool plus lots of hydration made for a pleasant morning's outing.
