I had a few grown plants I got yesterday to plant. Found a few of these Asiatic Lilies with the thick spiky leaves and just HAD to get 'em. Figured they would hold up to harsh Texas summer pretty well. Also put those Lantanas in the ground nearby in between my fig & lemon planters. Any other space will be filled by pollinator friendly stuff I'm growing from seed. Can't wait to see how busy and fun this will get. #gardens #asiaticlilies #lantanas #Texas #summer #playsindirt

More #Lantanas - these one’s botanic name is #Lantanacanescens and I like them because they’re simple and the colour structure of whites, merging into the yellow centres.
Each head is in various stages of bloom.
They’re delicate and healthy looking. I’d suggest this shrub has been well watered. Most likely fed as well.
