#LXC #containers #python #lapce
I wrote an article about creating base containers to build other containers from:
The idea being that the base is container is functional and your other (software development) containers can quickly build on top of it.
This idea is also great to prevent PC system bloat.
In my next article I will share how to connect these containers to Lapce IDE.

Gave the #lapce text editor (https://lapce.dev/, https://github.com/lapce/lapce) another shot today. It's really shaping up to something nice!
Even without spending any time on configuration or plugins I had a pretty good time. It feels a lot like VSCode, but fast
Been using #helixeditor as daily driver lately and am impressed πͺ Left wondering if #lapce and/or #zed could separate itself in the IDE game by using helix as its default modal editor π€
#lapce rust based code editor looks pretty compelling tho itβs still pre-alpha
@b0xen not sure about all the fuss about this. For a desktop replacement I usually look at other things first - the text editor is not my main concern! Also there is #lapce as a cross platform #vscode alternative written in #rustlang β¦ https://lapce.dev/
First impression of #lapce #rust based IDE is excitement over watching the features grow in comparison to #zed https://lapce.dev/ https://zed.dev/
Just tried the #lapce editor. Have been using those electron monsters vscode and atom for so long that I totally forgot how much fun a *fast* code editor is.
Did anyone try @dongdongzhou21@twitter.com's(?) editor #Lapce?
Does it have support for #CrystalLang/@CrystalLanguage yet?
Is it usable and good?
Trying out #lapce IDE, can you not push changes to git from the UI?! Seems like a pretty awesome little tool though.
okay is there #RustAnalyzer for #lapce? #rust #rustlang
#rustanalyzer #lapce #rust #rustlang
Hey #lapce users, does anyone have a minimal example C++ project using cmake with a working lapce config?
Not that I don't like red, but seeing it everywhere isn't really helping..
I know I need to configure clangd somehow, but I don't know how (it's even choking on std stuff wth)

#GemOfTheWeek: #Lapce, a fancy, speedy editor. Tried it today on my work projects and it certainly delivers performance wise. Where #Emacs LSP is wading through a swamp, Lapce is traveling at warp 9. GUI wise it takes inspiration from #VSCode and you'll notice missing functionality here and there, owing to pre-alpha stage. Hope to see more coming out of this!
