@eesger the #mastodon configuration needed a patch.
The problem was that the AWS S3 bucket in mastodon version 4.0.2 needs this configuration line:
S3_FORCE_SINGLE_REQUEST=true
So if a #mastoadmin has the same problem with #large #images or #videos not #showing.. this fixed it for me!

To create a #larger #acceptance we will see huge providers that run instances (still federated). Imagine my company holding with 100.000 people, an instance publicis.social would be a great starter. Why should this be devided on smaller instances? I could still move to another instance when I leave the company and take my graph with me. Full freedom. 🤷
