"Enter Sandman" is a song by American #heavyMetal band #Metallica. It is the opening track and #leadSingle from their #selftitledFifthAlbum, released in 1991. The music was written by #KirkHammett, #JamesHetfield and #LarsUlrich. Vocalist and rhythm guitarist Hetfield wrote the lyrics, which deal with the concept of a child's nightmares. The single reached number 16 on the US Billboard Hot 100.

Un día como hoy, un 14 de marzo pero de 1982, #metallica tuvo su primera presentación en vivo en un sitio en California llamado Radio City, un sitio con una capacidad no mayor a 100 personas.
