N863GT - Atlas Air Boeing 747-8F - the last production 747 - returns to PAE after being painted at PDX. Livery includes Atlas Air's tail logo, and also Apex Logistics logo Apex was purchased by Kuehne+Nagel, whose logo was displayed on N862GT. Disappointingly, rumors of some nod to Joe Sutter or any indication of this plane's importance in aviation history have not materialized.

The weather eventually went from "no way in hell" to "maybe?!", but then they started doing some work. The sparkly white stuff is holiday lighting at the Paine Field airport terminal. N863GT will have to wait.
