Only 3 films this week, but what a great week this has been! I'm so happy that Emma Seligman/Rachel Sennott and Molly Gordon/Nick Lieberman have movies that are people are excited about, and I can't wait to see what they come up with next! (…and well, Emma Seligman expressed interest in making a horror movie at some point, and given how anxiety inducing Shiva Baby was, I can't wait!)

It's been a healthy mix so far. I tend to trust my intuition for what I add to my watchlist, which keeps my chances low of getting something that I outright dislike.
Highlight: The Scarehouse (2014) - A VERY mean Sorority revenge film that kept me on my toes.
Low Point: Cocaine Bear (2023) a snoozer in need of a practical bear suit.
Special Mention: Child in the Night (1990) for Elijah Wood's *adorable* debut.
