I'm passionate about every student getting the right math at the right time with the right support to help them succeed and attain their aspirations – all within systems that support (rather than gatekeep) students, especially those from groups historically excluded.

After 20+ years as a math prof, I'm working on the policy side of things for Uri's Dana Center, partnering with lots of math orgs to help move the community forward - toward a more equitable future.
