Every year I look for a better #latke hack.
This year I found a suggestion to parbake a latke slice and then finish off by frying.
Definitely less time consuming 👩🍳 But one ends up with square latkes...
Another tip: have both finely grated and coarsely grated potato, ie different textures. (Yes, I ended up with chunks as well.)
