Mash & mix thoroughly:
1 cup leftover steamed broccoli
1 cup leftover buttered boiled
potatoes w fresh chives
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/4 cup flour
1 egg
Salt to taste
Drop the batter by the tablespoon-full into a hot pan of:
1/2 cup oil + 2 tbsp butter
until golden crust on the outside (turn once if the oil is shallow).
Drain & serve with salt, pepper & a dollop of sour cream on each.
Don't expect to lose weight eating these!
