Sorry if I sound jaded. I just want systems to work and at this point I'm so close to just throw $25 p.a. at #Canonical for @ubuntu #UbuntuLTS /#UbuntuPro w/ #Landscape on-prem.

Writing and loading a macOS #launchd service/script is painful, particularly because of arcane (and often deprecated) syntax and the managing of different directories that you need to invoke with different launchctl and copy/move commands. Decided to finally do something about this by writing a Python script to automate these tasks.

Note in the example directory how little work it takes to make a service that announces the time at the top of the hour from 9am to 5pm daily.
