Anyway, shout out today to Lavazza for good customer service.
I don't take milk in my coffee, but missus does. A while back she bought a Lavazza milk frother. It does a very good job apparently. But the handle fell off the jug after not long.
I finally got round to mailing them and asking if I could buy a replacement from them. And suggested a design improvement that rather than rivet they could just bolt it on so I wouldn't need to buy a whole new jug.
They very promptly just dispatched a new one for free and it arrived yesterday.

This morning, I'm finishing off the last of the Gold that we have.

I normally prefer single-origin coffee, darkly roasted. It's nice to mix it up, though, and to take a break from them at times.

I find most high-street coffee blends a bit sickly, if I'm honest, and I can't drink them at home. That's one reason why I like the Lavazza Gold: it's very drinkable.
