Saw a video of a guy who had been accused of shoplifting a single pizza (which he had paid for) being violently pinned to the ground by three #cops, one of whom was threatening to break his nose while he calmly told them to check the receipt he had and confirm he had #lawfully #purchased the #pizza. The comments were like “if he shoplifted he deserved that” and “even if he didn’t shoplift, I bet they tackled him because he was resisting arrest” that level of violence over an freeze pizza is insane in any fucking context no matter how much dickridding you are going. Fuck #Walmart. Fuck loss prevention. Fuck cops."
