I found the SNR to be about the same as #PeerTube, with the important distinction that PeerTube's "noise" consists of lots of random videos that are neither very good, nor very bad, but just "stuff," while #LBRY/#Odysee's "noise" is... bonkers crazy awfulness. Insane political crap (heavy on the neo-neo-conservative side, a.k.a. fascists and propaganda), spooky nonsense, and just... ugh.

A federated, social media for video sharing and commenting, but here is where it gets practical. Instances would not store video or other medida, only comments, listings, descriptions, just the text. Content is stored on #IPFS (and or IPFS #Iroh), and clients for the service ship with and launch the neccisary software.
