Re: Exiled lawyers, how annoying is that Expatriates isn't a heading (it's a variant of Noncitizens, which is *different*, but there are Expatriate [profession] headings). Greedy algorithms, though, that's a fun one!

Special list 2212a consisted of 55 proposals to revise the heading Slaves to Enslaved persons as well as other headings that used the wording Slaves. This is the culmination of a project started in 2022. The meeting thanks the African-American SACO Funnel for their careful, thorough research and hard work to make these proposals.
