If you don't like it then don't do the new lease agreement. Tire Uber no obligation to change the existing terms of your contract.

That's why they're called agreements. If either one or both parties don't agree, then they shouldn't sign - because they don't agree.

If you don't sign, then your agreement automatically converts to a month to month contract under the existing terms.
