#uk #Localauthority or #council leaseholders have to share costs, have no say over who does the job and can face financial ruin - Now I believe that everyone who buys a #property has to be #caveatemptor - separating #leaseholders and build/land holders is crazy. #coop ownership of the building is the only sensible approach and minority leaseholders need protection like they would have if they were minority #shareholders
