I'll say it: Biden is the least disappointing Democratic president in my lifetime. Obama? Talked a great game but kept getting rolled by Republicans - his greatest achievement was barely a half-measure. Clinton? Republican-lite policies. Carter? Great guy, ineffectual president. Johnson? Did great things but blew it with Vietnam. Kennedy? Couldn't do the things Johnson managed a few years later.
