Sending boxes of reports on students' work for shredding, perhaps several hundred thousand words -- my principal literary production in the past decade. Lever-arch files have almost had their day. We stopped doing paper reports maybe four years ago. Paperclips, too, look at you as though to say, how long do you give us? #teaching #leaving

i have just such a case: after the father himself had become #addicted to #gambling, the last thing he did before #leaving his family was to sell his children to the net world by getting them their own #smartphones as early as possible. oh yes, it is so indispensable so that the parents always know where the children are and whether they might need help ...
and help they really need now - but they won't let it happen. the only way to go is what their net community suggests they do
