About the fizzled romance:
There are times when one of the main characters hasn't seen the other for an extended period of time, yet there is no mad rush to hug or kiss and reconnect. That felt strange and unrealistic, so that cute romance which could have developed into something great just kind of sputtered along, IMHO.

W: Two Worlds (2016 Viki 16 60min eps)
I held off the last 2 episodes for over week because I was too afraid to see how it ended. I really loved this drama at first. The story is original and the actors are great, but I felt the writers let me down in the last half. I needed more depth to the characters and for the fantasy part to make more sense. The romance, which seemed so promising at first, fizzled for me. (See spoiler comment) The side characters, apart from the father, stayed side characters and did not have their own stories, which was wasted potential. The actors playing the side characters were good. They could have easily carried a complementary storyline.
It was such an unique story with great cinematography and action scenes. I may rewatch at some point, but I feel it could have been better. It's sad to see the potential slip away at the end.
