What should one do in the event that criminalisation of LGBT people in the US (& potentially allied/controlled countries) is en route? I'm hoping for a great deal more practical detail than "apply for asylum" in various ways & am likely not the only one. If not here, then where should one ask about all this?

I started the #LawFedi list almost on a whim, and, as so often the case, the contingent paths we go down turn out to be the most interesting. Keeping an eye on the list for errors and spam has brought to my attention so many interesting #lawyers #LawProfs #legalAcademics. More info about the list and how to sign up at my pinned posts.
