@forpeterssake @sanae I've seen #LegalizeBikes and #LegalizeWalking, which were great - but when I'm in a crosswalk w/ my kid and some asshole comes within inches of hitting me (or actually hits me, as has happened), I'm going to be using that #FuckCars or #BanCars hashtag in the moment. 😏

@TonFlo @breadandcircuses it's really just #LegalizeBikes and not that complicated: we currently have a highly redundant carway network which creates #InducedDemand for driving and creates danger + stifles demand for all other modes / #cars1stAlwaysOnly #transportation policy, unwillingness to tax cars so drivers pay the actual cost of their trip OR reduce the amount of streets/ways/lanes which permit thru car traffic, like any solvent global city has done e.g. Amsterdam, Seville, Paris, Oslo…
