Okay, #legalmastodon and #lawyers with experience in #FirstAmendment cases and who might be more familiar with #Arkansas law: A friend of mine is a #drag performer, and occasionally travels to Fayetteville to perform. They're worried about the potential impact of Arkansas #SB43 on their livelihood. I'd argue that most all drag performances aren't intended to and don't in fact appeal to the prurient interest, so SB43 would be difficult to enforce. I welcome any other feedback/thoughts.

I'm a poor kid who stumbled into an interesting life. I spent the better part of my teens and twenties wandering--sometimes homeless, hitchhiking, hopping freight trains, and experimenting with grassroots organizing.
