I really liked #Renegade #Legion, especially #Centurion, which counterintuitively was the only game in the series with a Z #coordinate.

But #Battletech is sure fun if you have #miniatures, isn't it? I also played in a short-lived #Legionnaire game. What a great juxtaposition between #adventure games and #wargames. #FASA is great.

Casket containment systems are a marvel of engineering long since perfected from the ancient room-sized contraptions following the Deimos event. They are a complex interlinked set of hardware, software, and metaware capable of maintaining the parallel space needed to support an NHP's blinkspace corpus - and constitute the closest thing an NHP has to a "physical body".

For the most part blinkspace and realspace are separate. Humanity has limited access to the blink thanks to the Deimosian entities that manifested alongside MONIST-1. But left to cascade, these entities sometimes begin to cross over - extrusions of higher geometries and strange memetic effects into realspace.

These are Eidolons, entities at the very edge of human comprehension.

As a developer and writer there's nothing in the world like the joy of seeing hugely talented artists working on your material, bringing your creation to life in a way that words can't quite manage.

I'm hoping this project is successful enough to get a decent art budget - both because I have so many more ideas I want to see realised, and because there are so many incredible artists out there who deserve the commissions.
