These laws trying to #legislate into reality what is inherently a #socialConstruct by creating a legal definition of sex are draconian and fascist, but also insanely stupid. It'd be like trying to make a law stating that the sky was legally blue and only blue and never any other color.

That #DeSantis is #hijacking the #1stAmendment and #education in #Florida under the guise of “parental rights” is pretty fucking ironic.

Ever notice how it’s always the people w/o #children who worry the most about “our” children. Real #parents are to busy worrying about “their” children to #legislate the #morality of “your” children.

For Christ sake, 1/2 the population of the #state probably hasn’t had #sex since the #1960’s. “Our” children — my ass.
