Lego has a trend to revisit old series. They already had renewed the Space Cruiser with the new 10497.

Now it comes to my attention the existence of 40580 from the original Blacktron series.

It is glorious.

Let's hope for a Blacktron II spaceship or the Suborbital Guardian with the jetpack piece!

Someboy piqued my interest in sharing this info about translucent Lego pieces, for windscreens and windows.

Those pieces are made of policarbonate and not ABS plastic.

You can restore them to be bright and unscratched again by soaking them a couple minutes in Pledge for hardwood floors.

Then let them sit to dry off. Do not touch them or they will have fingerprints. There was a long explanation that I'll skip.

When #Lego launched the new line of Speed Champions with the Lamborghinis and Ferrari Tributo I was ecstatic.

Finally official cars that could fit TWO minifigs sitting side-by-side.

Such an improvement. and the desing liberties that came with those!

Super pretty sets.

Ferrari, Lamborghini, Ford, General Motors, Audi. they benefited the most.

When I was a kid, not a little one, like 11-12 years old, there was this #Lego line called Paradisa.

I loved those little cars with the little brand new windshields. They always reminded me of Chrysler Shadow cars. Very 90's.

They could only fit one minifig. SUPER LOVELY ONES.

This is another landmark in my Lego childhood.

6878 Suborbital Guardian. It has my most precious piece of Lego.the JETPACK.

I lost it and for over 30 years never got another one. There are quite a few on eBay but meh. I don't play anymore.

I don't think I have ever shared that I love Lego bricks.

I had quite a few Lego sets, all scattered over the years and then it was just like 10 kilos of bricks. My kids inherited those and carried on with the collection.

This is the one that started it all. It saved me from madness while in quarantine from chicken pox.

Imagination born from boredom can do wonders for a kid's mind.
