Gotta love that moment when you've got the cheap fish baking in the toaster oven with butter and lemon thyme (is there a better spice than lemon thyme? top 5 for sure) and you have that rice you made with coconut milk yesterday but have no idea what else would work but you turn on the heat and put the sesame oil in the pan and only then look in the fridge for ideas...I'm sure it'll all turn out fine (fingers crossed lol)
