How #sustainable is it to buy a #xmastree every year? It depends on many factors like origine of the tree, fertilizers and pesticides and how it’s disposed afterwards. We chose to decorate our #lemontree for the season and while not everyone may like the #design for us it is a #creative way of bringing new flavors to this time of the year (also due to funny #christmas #baubles).

Big lemon check in. We're about a month into the garage greenhouse; weather outside is definitely cold, with nighttime temps in the 20s, and humidity dropping fast now.
And yet, the lemon seems to be flourishing. Lots of new blooms and the leaves are still attached, looking healthy. I've been trying to keep the temp and humidity both above 40.
My next challenge is to pollinate all those blooms with a roughed up Q-tip.
