Pas op met het afsluiten van een duurzaamheidslening. De lening is goedkoop (1,6%) en dus interessant maar wordt BKR geregistreerd tegen 2% per maand!!!!! Elke lening die je daarna nog af wil sluiten is dan mogelijk een probleem!!! #svn #bkr #nvg #duurzaamheidslening #energiebesparing #isolatie #hypotheek #lening BKR en banken(!) doe er wat aan!!!! Hanteer de werkelijke rente indien deze niet gewijzigd kan worden.
