I have made a decision, and today will be "Appreciate 1st Line Support" day.

The first support ticket I see is asking us if an email is dodgy, given that while it has a member of staff's name as the sender, the sender's email address is totally wrong.

It would be nice to declare success and take the weekend off, but each new thing I got done in my list above has spawned several new tasks that need attention. And the SMS sending platforms' move into pre-registered senders in the US is creating a headache for me that I need to get a handle on. (Thanks mobile carriers and Twilio!)

"Can't afford that jumper? They had a list of sites, I presume, for marketing purposes.

Christ, [wannabe] marketing advisors have churned out the same sites for 18 years now. #LeSigh

Anyone else get the feeling that #Ubisoft games are *constantly* on sale these days? If they’re not discounted on Steam, they are on Xbox. If not on Xbox, then on PIayStation. If not on PlayStation, it’s the Epic Game Store’s turn… repeat ad nauseam.

They must be hurting for cash badly. But instead of working through all the abuse allegations and making an effort in rectifying the situation and make amends, it’s the old adage of “Just flood the market ’til everyone forgets…”, I guess. #LeSigh
