对于lowside,体二极管正向导通，导致drain的电位低于GND一个二极管压降，变成负压。于是会有别处的nmos的nwell-psub-ndrain的寄生横向NPN通路，别处 nmos漏端电流被抽走，不电路异常，此即电子注入过程。阻断方式是加moating,给他一个注入的源，让他从vcc抽电流而非别处的功能性device。
对于highside,体二极管正向导通，会导致body电平高于电源电压。于是有了pbody-ndrain-psub的寄生纵向PNP通路，会将衬底电位抬高，影响靠近位置的器件工作，此即空穴注入。这个过程很难避免，除非有工艺优化做成全隔离器件，否则无解，只能在靠近位置不要放任何器件。
