Ugh. CPTSD is so painful. Both physically and emotionally. I recently compared me adjusting my perception of healing from "getting back to normal" to something similar that someone in a major car accident would expect...a different normal with a lot of scars and maybe chronic pain even. Sigh. Sigh. Sigh....SERVICE DOG!!
