My only complaint is how quickly some of the characters went from NOT accepting Gia to cheering her on. Heartwarming, but in real life opinions don’t change quite so easily

That does not change the fact that this was an important episode of television

In the 1st season of the original QL, we got The Color of Truth. Let Them Play was equally important in portraying bigotry with the shows heroes taking an active, firm stance against it

Just watched the latest episode of #QuantumLeap titled #LetThemPlay

As a cis male, I cannot claim to know, first hand, what it’s like to be trans in a world full of bigotry & ignorance. This episode really helped me understand the pain & trauma that so many endure.

In this episode, Gia had loving, understanding parents. Sadly that is not the case for many LGBTQ+ children.
