@evewrites although I believe an authentic, REAL crash test dummy (yellow and in the front seat) should qualify as a “passenger” for using the High Occupancy Lanes — esp the ones invented out of thin air by *subtracting* an existing lane from all drivers, and then charging us to keep using it. #LexusLanes
