If not, then maybe not, as one of the best modes available on many games, having not reached 4K60 this Gen is (balanced) which runs a stable 40 FPS at higher Resolution, 40 is way better than 30 and almost indistinguishable from 60, to do this it requires 120htz refresh rate on the TV, other enhanced modes unlock the frame rate and to take advantage of that you need #vrr!
